1. Building Automation Maintenance Technician Functions
- Cleaning: Ensure that buildings and surrounding areas are free of garbage and other debris daily
- Software Management: Maintain work orders in the YARDI software program and respond appropriately.
- Graffiti Removal: Daily check buildings for graffiti and remove when necessary.
- Security Monitoring: Check the building for security issues and respond.
