• Responsible for CD administration and management of documentation
• Act as a liaison between the Principal and the client regarding initial client meetings, timeline, construction conceptual design, AutoCAD drawings, and construction specifications

• Meet with GCs to walk them through the plans and a complete set of finishes for the residence so that they can bid on the project
• Review all shop drawings and ensure accuracy with project design, specifications, and dimensions
