• Expertise in conducting research and evaluative testing, ideally this also includes considerations for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Confidence in creating a well-thought-out and structured design process and selecting design methods for client needs to deliver best-in-class digital or physical digital experiences.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers in user journey mapping, user flow development and design system creation to inform medium fidelity wireframes.
