• Responsible for maintaining AXA GO Facilities under charge to defined SLA, quality, and financial targets 
• Lead, develop and motivate staff taking full responsibility for individual/and team performance management, development, communications, and general HR matters 
• Ensure that technical support personnel are fully utilized in supporting BAU and Customer projects 
• Use negotiating skills and personal presence to represent AXA GO 
• Advise and influence business clients and customers, at a junior level regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems 
• Develop an effective partnership with suppliers and customers and escalate resource conflicts 
• Responsible for technical supplier management with third party suppliers

Job Summary: 

• Responsible for all physical moves, adds and changes in the Data centres. 
• Coordination for racking of equipment, patching for power, copper and fibre and ensuring planned details are executed accordingly  
• Participate in project implementation activities ranging from planning of capacity, resource, and vendor management 
• Provide 2nd / 3rd -tier support on assigned systems and other systems as required for day to day Data Center use by regional team 
• Participate in Data Centre remote standby roster 
• Provide monthly updates to Team’s Monthly Operations Review Dashboard 
• Responsible for inventory and all documentation of Data Center information (facility diagrams, assets, connectivity etc) under charge

Job Summary: 

• Responsible for Tier 1-2 Data Center support train and lead internal/external engineers to provide support for 24x7 operational data centers.
• Manage operation ticket queue and provide resolution within expected SLA.
• Vendor management of the data center service including data center provider, internet service provider, manufacturing vendors, etc.
• Maintain operational documentation, asset inventory, respond to audit and assessment requests.
• Play the first level of defense for Data Center incidents and outages. 
• Maintain and respond according to playbooks, communicate with stakeholders and handhold until resolution.
• Capacity and budget projection of system growth and data center spending, plan and communicate with stakeholders to align expectations.
• Provide architecture design and improvement planning to ensure corporate labs and data center infrastructure are running at optimum state, meeting business requirements.
• Own and improve data center support and operation process to ensure the support team is efficient and performant.
• Root cause analysis of operation errors and provide process improvement resolution.
• Leverage automation tools to support deployment and maintenance of network and system settings in scale
• Accomplishment of quarterly objectives and reporting to management of statistics of operations
