Job Summary: 

• Support Human Resource reporting activities, including headcount and workforce information, compensation and benefits data, recruitment reporting, and performance and talent management information.
• Write, schedule and organize all standard and ad hoc reporting using various HR systems
• Identify trends and apply analytics to support the development and refinement of HR initiatives
• Work with HR Leadership team to create dashboards and scorecards to measure HR effectiveness
• Share user administration duties for Workday HCM and iCIMS (ATS) systems, manage security access, personalization, and other basic system operations
• Function as primary liaison to HRIS team and 3rd party technical support, to troubleshoot HR system issues
