• Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions on complex data after considering alternatives through independent research.
• Translate business process diagrams to system requirements and work closely with business SMEs to develop logical diagrams depicting business processes within robotics design.
• Develop data prep to be processed by a robot, including writing queries against system tables.
• Develop robotic solutions through computer programming in SQL, Visual Basic, C++, C#, and other object-oriented languages, and conduct user acceptance tests.
• Partner with IT and robotics vendors to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide on-call support and develop capacity plans to determine server needs and schedule job volumes within 24 hours.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of systems development, maintenance, or technical operations support experience.
• Programming and software development experience in one or more of: Microsoft Access, SAS, C++, Visual Basic, C#, or other object-oriented languages.
• Experience designing and implementing automations using tools such as UiPath, Pega, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with system and process implementations and project management.
• Proficiency in systems design tools such as Visio.
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle, including developing logical and physical system diagrams, business requirements, system requirements, and user-acceptance testing.
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
