Job Summary: 

• Work closely with the Creative Director, team leader, designers, VFX team, and copywriters to create cohesive and successful award-winning ideas and work.
• Collaborate with the account team and creative team peers to create innovative and effective creative solutions.
• Create high-quality visual content and conceptualize innovative new ideas.
• Take each one from brief to completion, finding a good balance of doing and directing the 3D work.
• Be part of a growing creative department and help manage a team of talented 3D designers.
• Utilize spatial thinking and high-level hand drawing, sketching, and doodling skills.
• Work on creating the physical design, such as tabletop fixtures, event spaces, and in-store assets.
• Develop static assets from 3D objects to integrate into other projects, take lighting into account, and visualize all sides of an object.
• Venture into fun waters including UX, experiential, design, sword-fighting, velociraptors, etc.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines for timely delivery to clients. 
• Collaborate with fellow creatives and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment every step of the way.

• Create 3D photorealist product renders and animations for marketing purposes, including texturing and lighting
• Collaborate with the Technology and Product management teams in the improvement of product CAD files

• Adhere to all drawing office procedures and document control standards.
• Take responsibility for 3D Model assembly and clash detection
• Drawing integration and interface with the overall design.
• Multi-discipline capabilities and be familiar with local engineering standards.
• Interact with process, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Manage and host weekly reviews with engineering and client teams.
• Understand and interpret process flow diagrams and piping and instrument diagrams.
• Produce and manage models accurately according to the client, drawing office, and applicable standards and codes for the project.
• Produce general arrangement and detail drawings as directed by the Design Office Manager.
• Manage vendor equipment information (2D and 3D)
