• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and design documents, and perform peer reviews of system configuration and software design specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems.
• SAP Certification in one or more application areas.
• 4-7 years of hands-on SAP SD or S/4HANA experience in full life cycle implementations, including contracts, pricing, and rebates configuration.
• Knowledge and experience working in an FDA CFR Part 11 compliant environment.
• Good understanding of integration touch points across SAP modules, including SAP CRM, SAP GTS, and ALE/EDI.
• Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and train other team members.

SAP Business Analyst manages the translation of business processes into SAP configuration changes, functional specifications for ABAP development, and SOX and SOD compliance activities within a manufacturing environment. The work directly supports IT and business users through training material delivery, UAT coordination, and process improvement projects that increase productivity across the Order-to-Cash and SD module functions.

Scope of Work

• Act as liaison between the business functional area and IT, translating business processes into SAP and communicating necessary changes to technical teams.
• Analyze requirements and solve simple to complex problems using analytical and technical skills in partnership with internal customers and IT.
• Perform SAP configuration changes and analyze root causes of system problems, proposing and validating solutions before implementation.
• Write detailed functional specifications for ABAP development and formulate system scope and objectives through research.
• Create, maintain, and deliver SAP training materials and SOP documentation to new and existing users.
• Coordinate internal IT testing and support business users in UAT activities, including SAP upgrade support.
• Assist in implementation and ongoing support of SOX and SOD policies, including audit data gathering, control report implementation, and deficiency resolution.
• Drive process improvement projects by analyzing existing software processes and implementing new procedures to increase productivity.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• APICS CPIM certification helpful.
• 7-10 years of experience in business roles with SAP, including manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, SD module, and Warehouse Management.
• In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance, SOD policies, and SAP audit support activities.
• Ability to document SAP business process needs, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage all levels of the organization and external consulting partners.
• Ability to travel 20-25%.
