Qualifications: BS in Network Engineering with 7 years of Experience

• Enterprise / Architecture experience within Agile organizations in large-scale strategic programs or projects
• Experience in manufacturing and/or back office application/platform implementation for manufacturing 
• Strong experience in enterprise IT management, technology consulting, advisory or professional services
• Knowledge of all aspects of IT architecture
• Proven abilities to manage large-scale solutions design and implementation work
• Understanding of application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and SaaS / cloud-based systems
• Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements, and define multiple solution options to business problems
• Good understanding of the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
• Ability to lead advanced teams of specialists through to agile aligned best practices
• Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyse complex problems, influence and negotiate with customers
• Independent, proactive, and structured
• Ability to ensure progress and commitment to deadlines

Qualifications: BA in Operations and Technology Management with 6 years of Experience

• Ability to shape and define solutions across disparate technologies
• Deep knowledge of technologies (including infrastructure technologies) that are used by financial service providers
• Expertise in at least one or more technologies used by the bank, specifically Salesforce or Cloud technology
• Must have AWS Solution Architect certification
• Experience with various products in the Software Development lifecycle
• Must have Application/ Infrastructure/ Enterprise Architect training and certification, e.g., TOGAF
• Exposure to API design strategies both for internal and external customer usage
• Must possess AWS Certified Systems Architect Professional certification
• Strong oral and communication skills (speak fluent English)
• Experience interacting with senior leaders within an organization
• Prior hands-on experience working in an agile development environment
• Prior Federal government experience
