Comfortable overseeing multiple Scrum Teams and helping support incident problems, change and release and service management.
Ability to review the current ServiceNow design and document/produce any changes or new designs for implementation teams to utilize.
Must have Cloud background, currently the team is using Google Cloud and Amazon, but any cloud experience is transferable.
