Qualifications: BA in Liberal Arts with 4 years of Experience

• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical industry, or manufacturing environment
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, FCC/USP/ASTA test methods, aseptic technique, and food or pharmaceutical production
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, due to the level of interaction with both vendors and customers.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Clear English speaking, reading, and writing
• Great interpersonal skills, organized, and well-written.
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
• High level of attention to detail

Qualifications: BA in Science Education with 3 years of Experience

• Track record of attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word)
• Strong written and verbal English
• Experience with flour milling
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• High level of attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts, depending on business needs

Qualifications: BA in Anthropology with 2 years of Experience

• Experience in a lab technician glassware role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs, equipment manuals, etc.
• Computer literate (MS Office), equipment-related software, email, etc.
• Must be willing to work in and align with a food GMP environment.
• Knowledge of control charting and ISO 9001 and 17025 requirements.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to function in a team environment by working well with others.
• Ability to work on the feet all day and multitask
• Understanding and practice of aseptic technique
• Experience in a lab within a manufacturing environment
