• Assist in general administrative activities for the team (Account setting up, credit insurance application, wire processing, account maintenance, etc.)
• Assist and execute orders as outlined by Traders, and review all activity for accuracy of contract information.
• Ensure all contracts are fulfilled before the deadline, in alignment with the logistics team, keeping traders and customers updated on the delivery dates and/or documentation status.
• Ensure correct order entry and routing.
• Maintain communication with the accounting and finance team and assist in resolving any settlement problems.
• Reconcile daily and/or monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance monitoring is in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with regulatory standards.
