Job Summary: 

• Provides assistance in the development and implementation of an investor relations program/strategy for the Exchange.
• Gathers and processes financial and operational data on the company, as well as other comparable companies in the industry, for use in developing investor relations materials
• Assists the Department Head and Management Committee in various shareholder engagement activities including, but not limited to, attending investor relations meetings and roadshows where is a participant, preparation of minutes of investor calls, and development of materials for analyst briefings, investor calls, and other meetings or events relevant to investor relations
• Establishes and manages relationships with key Siklo stakeholders including institutional investors, fund managers, trading participants, and research analysts, and proactively updates them with relevant company information, disclosures, and company developments
• Provides regular updates to the Department Head and Management Committee on the stock price movements of the company, including the impact of company-related or market-related news on the company’s stock price and liquidity
• Maintains a database of existing or potential Siklo investors/shareholders, and ensuring the information on these contacts are regularly updated
• Maintains the Exchange’s investor relations page, and ensures that key information and materials are updated in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Summary: 

• Liaise with the various teams within the firm including but not limited to, risk management, trading, investment team, legal and compliance and fund accounting to report various portfolio level attribution data points to investors.
• Work closely with the investment team to review monthly investor commentary from the investment team and various fund level performance and risk parameters ensuring overall accuracy.
• Report monthly investor transactions to trading and investment team whilst liaising with the fund administrator to ensure accuracy of trade flows.
• Work closely with respective sales team members to ensure client coverage, respond to investor queries and provide overall client support.
• Coordinate and lead investor due diligence meetings including assistance with the preparation of all requested materials in advance of the meeting as well as follow up items.
• Update marketing materials for the funds, including updated presentations as well as fund and IM DDQ updates.
• Prepare the financial results and analysts’ calls, developing and updating the contents of the investor presentation, press release and other documents required by the investment community

• Support, operate and develop the IR and PR ‘wheel of year’.
• Draft financial reports in coordination with internal stakeholders, from building the narrative to board approval.
• Support and initiate the continuous development of the IR office and professionalisation here of, e.g. ESG reporting.
