Job Summary: 

• Process credit workflows, including updating daily requests in the Full General Account database and archiving in the General Account Credit Data and Control folder and Global Credit and Research Repository.
• Handle credit processes such as Credit Annual Review, New Name Creation, Rating Changes, New Private Deal for Existing Name, Exposure Summary, Limit Change, and other ad hoc requests from the Business Unit.
• Prepare weekly credit utilization reports, monthly exposure summaries for annual reviews, and various quarterly reports, including the Portfolio Report, Credit Log, and Quarterly Loan Review.

• Contribute to discussions on the positioning of asset allocation models that integrate long-term strategic and short-term tactical targets.

• Support the Private Debt asset class by underwriting new private debt funds and co-investments, monitoring the existing portfolio of fund and SMA exposures, and co-investments as part of a collaborative team.

Job Summary: 

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Investment Operations to support day-to-day management of reporting workflows, client reporting, ad-hoc client projects, and the development of project management tools while receiving ongoing mentorship.

• Support Consultants with additional investment consulting and governance tasks such as drafting rebalancing memos, assisting with recordkeeper reviews, determining strategic asset mixes using asset allocation modeling software, and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
