• Formulate preliminary design concepts that are functional, fiscally appropriate and aesthetically pleasing

Qualifications: BA in Interior Design

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
• Understanding of Design Principles and Architectural documents
• Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-office, etc.)
• Experience or education in Interior Design, Architecture, Space Planning or Construction (currently enrolled interior design students are encouraged to apply)
• Experience or education in Revit, 2020CAP or CET Designer
• Excellent time management, organization or project management skills
• Flexibility to act in a fast-paced environment, as client requirements and priorities can change quickly
• Ability to be resourceful, self-motivated and take active ownership of projects
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator and SketchUp

• Willingness to learn and apply design concepts to the Senior Living Industry and design for that population
• Demonstrated general working knowledge of AutoCAD and eagerness to learn new design software and technologies
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with color theory, lighting, material palette, basic design principles, space planning and all installations
• Familiar with Google SketchUp and other design tools
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creativity, imagination and an eye for design
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
