Job Summary: 

• Manage and develop the Fixed Income advisory teams with a strong focus on the delivery of high-quality advisory services to wealth management clients
• Manage and develop the Fixed Income Direct Access Services to key clients
• Manage the design and distribution of fixed-income structured products through close collaboration with the cross-asset structured products team
• Manage and develop the primary bond business through close collaboration with RMs, Syndicates and DCM (both internal and external)
• Responsible for the development of a liability-side hedging solution through close collaboration with the Foreign Exchange and Structured Products teams
• Contribute and ensure the quality and consistency of recommendations
• Review and improve the quality and relevancy of the recommendation universe, and maintain a good record of product follow-up
• Propose improvements in the organization and processes governing these activities
• Responsible for the development of innovative bespoke solutions to Family Offices, Mega Wealth and Key clients
• Responsible for the development of solutions eligible for campaigns
• Coordinate with other product teams to launch campaign products in the best interest of clients

Job Summary: 

• Lead discussion on formulation of fixed income investment strategy, which contributes to the overall house view
• Manage fixed income portfolios in line with the client’s mandate and regulatory requirements
• Oversee and assume responsibility for all fixed income and money market portfolios
• Monitor and ensure each portfolio is managed in line with the team’s strategy and compliance with clients’ mandates and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular review of the portfolios managed by the fixed income team and give appropriate guidance to facilitate the delivery of results within the mandate requirements

• Analyse portfolios to provide insights into performance, risks and strategies to ensure compliance and adherence to the regulations, tax and internal investment guidelines
