• Experience in software development, system architecture, infrastructure and testing
• A solid portfolio of products that directly worked on and delivered to the market
• Ability to implement cloud-based, mobile responsive web and mobile applications and lay the foundation to deliver functional prototypes in weeks not months
• Ability to leverage customer and business lens when making tradeoff decisions
• A love for leading and developing engineering talent
• High proficiency with cloud services, modern JS frameworks, SQL and NoSQL DBMS, Object-oriented development, native and/or hybrid mobile development, REST-based microservice APIs, DevOps and CI/CD
