Job Summary: 

• Operating expense control/management, especially Internal Materials, Repairs & Maintenance, and Consulting.
• Assist in the month-end close of KBI financials by reviewing and analyzing expense categories that are of concern.
• Provide general support to KBI’s monthly forecasting process by performing data entry and reviewing reports/presentation materials.
• Learn and document KBI Finance’s existing Standard Operating Procedures using the corporate template.
• Sit in on relevant meetings with KBI Senior Leadership Teams across Departments and Sites to gain insight and appreciation on how companies are managed and how Finance impacts decisions.
• Provide support to general activities related to ERP implementation.
• Prepare monthly financial dashboards for senior management, reflecting actual results and comparisons to forecasts/budgets
• Develop financial analysis, which is value-added to decision making and assessing business performance
• Manage and manipulate multiple large data sources and harmonize business information across various departments within the organization to drive actionable analyses
• Analyze cost allocations and product expansion economics
• Partner with Trading businesses (Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities and Statistical Arbitrage) and Core Infrastructure platform on strategic projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Participate in team-wide projects with the autonomy to innovate and develop new ways to analyze the business
• Work closely with broader Finance organization, Risk, Corporate Strategy and HR on firm-wide initiatives
