• Provide customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of systems

Job Summary:

• Build project/release plans that track tasks and dependencies required to meet project commitments. 
• Work with SSC teams to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Responsible for all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources and testing activities.
• Complete engineering analyses of proposed changes to store operations and develop appropriate adjustments to standards.
• Update all operating labor standards for store processes as requested or whenever a new process is introduced or an existing process is changed.

Job Summary:

• Prepare and deliver project status reports regularly to project team leads.
• Compile total cost and benefit of proposed projects including evaluation of effect on labor, equipment, etc.
• Understand internal data sources and have ability to structure data requests to support Store Productivity analysis needs.
• Responsible for providing business analysis, measurements, and reporting using internal data as well as independent external sources to measure the effectiveness of both current operations and specific project deliverables.

• Resolve proactive and reactive L1 faults arising in the network equipment or individual customer circuits by liaising with NOC and/or local service providers
• Service Delivery/Provisioning support of Carrier/Metro Ethernet, SDH/DWDM, IP/MPLS, Voice, International customer/backbone circuits and last mile links through daily interaction with internal Service Delivery teams
• Installation and Commissioning of Transmission, IP/ MPLS, Ethernet, Voice or any other network devices through internal projects and performing upgrades within the existing system as per the project plans and scope of work provided by Engineering/ PM
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets (periodic physical asset audits), upkeep perfect circuits/networks records, timely update of OSS tools, adhere to all internal/external audit requirements including the upkeep of the accuracy of all network operations relevant data, follow all internal process/procedures diligently
