Job Summary:

• In support of New Product Development (NPD) efforts, apply knowledge of mechanical design for prototyping and hands-on lab testing to develop and enhance part attributes to improve manufacturability and achieve cost reductions
• Work with design engineers to optimize design drawings and supplier manufacturing processes so that high quality parts are consistently delivered.

• Design new components, and improve old ones for increased manufacturability, performance, and reliability.
