• Support the Demand Planner manage Retail Baking Forecasting Process
• Demand planning system model maintenance through sales analysis, promotional impact analysis and key event impact analysis
• Maintain forecasting models in the IBP system
• Prepare statistical forecast summary reports for issue and trend analysis,
