• Complete Production margin analysis on key productions and cross programme budgets
• Understand, capture and monitor risks related to deficit financing
• Assist Procurement with major supplier spend review
• Analyse and review Platinum, Gold, Silver portfolio performance
• Forecast & Budget Format Fees for both GE and ITVSUK (Revenue & Payaways)
• Monitor and analyse ROI on Investment for Acquisitions and monitor business plans against actuals performance
