Job Summary: 

• Responsible for creating and maintaining the enterprise data architecture that meets the data governance, regulatory & business requirements.
• Design and develop complex data models that will enable the Service Delivery leadership team to make decisions and influence the growth of their products.
• Own the development of data models, taxonomies and ontology for data and metadata supported by the team, to ensure we are best utilizing available data.
• Highlight and act upon any opportunities you have identified in utilizing existing and new data sources.
• Be innovative in combining data sources to produce coherent, robust and extensible data models that are fit for purpose and enable the creation of new insight.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to promote and drive the consumption of outputs in ad-hoc or long-term engagements.
• Define common reference data and hierarchies relevant for BI purposes in collaboration with Data Stewards, Analysts and Business SME’s to agree and ratify these data sets.
• Work directly with core engineering and product to deploy commercial and technical data solutions that enable the company to achieve its goals
• Generate technical data mapping with engineering leadership, understanding technical stack, creating the data roadmap, and establishing a cadence of interface
• Utilize dashboarding and data to understand the liquidity flow of TL and partner success - automated where possible
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of BI engineers in their deployments
