Job Summary:

• Design, develop and implement Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes, programs and scripts using structured software development methods, develop data/metadata models and technical specifications using standard modeling techniques. 
• Consult with analysts, data providers and business operations staff to understand and elaborate data dissemination requirements and propose technical solutions. 
• Eve protocols, tools and standards, conduct root cause analysis and resolve production. 
• Data Integration Specialist will primarily apply his/her technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment.
• Assist with architecture design and development which will include working with line of businesses to understand needs and then successfully implementing those within the application.
• Work with other IT Teams and vendors to build adapters that communicate with core applications needed by operations and frontline staff to conduct day-to-day business.
• Provide reporting and data extracts using SQL queries or other scripting languages for business units or vendors.
• Consult with business units and frontline users to develop an understanding of day-to-day activities and needs to offer a better experience within the application to efficiently support customers.
• Work support tickets using ServiceNow to quickly resolve frontline issues and provide on-call support after normal business hours.

Job Summary:
