1. The Creative Assistant/Coordinator supports day-to-day operations, onboarding, and administrative workflows across the creative organization, coordinating team processes, system access, and cross-functional communication to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Creative Assistant /Coordinator Roles:

2. The Creative Associate drives community engagement, property marketing, and digital brand activation across mixed-use real estate experiences, managing content strategy, tenant partnerships, and on-site activations that strengthen community visibility, tenant experience, and brand presence.

Creative Associate Duties:

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of a digital editorial calendar and the property social handle and digital communications, including the curation of images.
  • Work with regional lead to identify, develop, and manage all property marketing initiatives and activations and jointly develop an annual plan and budget including but not limited to the design and production of marketing collateral, events and activations, social strategy, and communications.

Creative Associate Qualifications:
