Job Summary: 

• Developing and executing INNIO Sourcing strategies for indirect spend and exploring purchase opportunities in the regional and worldwide markets.
• Leading together with cross-functional teams in the technical evaluation, supplier selection, development and overall supplier management.
• Work closely with the rest of indirect strategic sourcing organization to drive synergies accordingly and maximize cost out on assigned commodities using negotiations, E-auctions, and supply base rationalization/consolidations.
• Developing negotiation strategies and leading price and contract negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives for lifecycle cost out.
• Driving Sourcing initiatives on indirect spend, including lifecycle productivity, sole source reduction, on-time delivery, quality and cash flow improvements.
• Working with operational Sourcing team to ensure on time order placement and a smooth buy to pay process.
• Performing business analyses of the entire portfolio, collaborate with the business stakeholders, formulate sourcing strategies and support negotiations with the suppliers as well as to manage fulfillment and cycle times and ensure quality, cost and delivery requirements are met from supply base.
• Maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics in all dealings with internal customers and outside suppliers.

• Monitor supplier fulfillment of contractually agreed delivery plans. 
• Identify deviations and implement action plans to revert the situation.
