2. The Commerce Analyst delivers data-driven insights across Amazon commerce operations, supporting forecasting, customer analytics, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand expansion.

Commerce Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Amazon business to drive revenue growth and profitability while supporting the brand’s high-end positioning.
  • Embrace a customer centric view, understanding the CLTV based on point of acquisition, first product purchased, and repeat behavior including Subscribe & Save membership.
  • Support the product forecasting process across both Tea and Coffee brands to inform our supply chain buy plans.

Commerce Analyst Experience and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS (Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related fields)
  • 3-5 years of professional working experience in Analyst or related capacity
  • Proficiency with analytics tools – Microsoft Excel, SQL/Snowflake, and Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Selling on Amazon, and Seller Central reporting

  • Strong solid understanding of at least one of commerce platform Commerce architecture, Design and Configurations
  • Worked on various aspects of Commerce not just limiting to PIM, DAM, DXP and integrations with various peripheral systems like ERP, CRM etc

4. The Commerce Assistant supports Ecommerce commercial operations through coordination, product administration, supplier management, and market analysis to improve execution efficiency, sales readiness, and customer engagement.

5. The Commerce Developer develops and deploys scalable SFCC Ecommerce solutions, supporting platform architecture, system integrations, and release management to enhance digital functionality, operational stability, and customer experience.

Commerce Developer Duties:

  • Must understand eCommerce architecture, product, order and inventory flows in order to create detailed designs, architectural documents, and develop complex applications
  • Work with Sales Force Commerce Cloud, SFCC and partners for any site changes
  • Code and Deploy Applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment

  • Work closely with Marketing team by supporting with data to create more effective marketing on a country-level and regional-level basis, considering cultural customs, seasonal issues, local events etc

Commerce Manager Experience and Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
