Job Summary:

• Perform pre and post work shift duties
• Complete knowledge of all food and drink menu items, including ingredients and preparation techniques
• Suggest daily specials and menu items to guests' interests
• Take beverage and food orders through the Point of Sale system
• Notifying the kitchen and bartender of any special requests
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon receiving food and replenish items 
• Remove empty dishes and soiled linens as finished
• Verify the accuracy of the bill
• Handle all cash and credit card charges as per the ZF policies and procedures
• Attend all pre-service meetings
• Follow local and state laws and the ZF policies for the service of alcoholic beverages to guests
