Job Summary: 

• Research and provide solutions for a global opportunity that includes fee collection, document delivery, call center, hiring of staff in the country, and facility leasing.
• Attend BD/Proposal meetings and capture action items, track completion of tasks, and support closure of BD, capture, and proposal tasks
• Provide analysis of research results in digestible formats (e.g. summary reports, slides, pivot tables, graphs/charts, as appropriate for the type of content)

Job Summary:       

• Support business planning activities, including operating plan development, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, win theme and proposal reviews.
• Support proposal response activities as directed by the Capture Manager and Proposal Manager
• Researching and answering questions from the writing team, solution teams and pricing lead.
• Use client-provided information, published reports for the program, competitor research and data from similar projects 
• Work with subject matter experts to document business processes and customer journeys.
• Assist the Capture Manager, Operations, and Sales Leads in conveying key information to the writing and solution teams to develop a winning proposal.
• Assist management and mentor new capture analysts, and analyze volumes, staffing needs, and work functions.
• Support the day-to-day operational function by ensuring that issues within the scanning and Imaging platform are fully investigated and resolved promptly.

Job Summary: 

• Read and summarize customer RFI’s, RFPs and other program pursuit information
• Lead the tracking and oversight of multiple concurrent programs – both capture efforts and contracted programs
• Identify synergies and efficiency opportunities across capture efforts/programs
• Work with various functional areas to keep status and budgets up to date
• Focus as a liaison between the capture/program team and the program finance department
• Responsible for program financial tracking and ensuring regular reporting and optimization of budget
