Operational Focus
- Greet customers and quickly assess their needs while remaining mindful that customers have most likely experienced a difficult situation.
- Reassure customers of commitment to resolving their situation through high-quality and timely vehicle repairs.
- Work with customers to develop a proper repair plan and prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during and after the completion of repairs.
- Communicate work supplements to customers and insurance companies immediately.
- Consult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry.
Education and Experience
- Valid MD driver's licence required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience required.
- Knowledge of CCC Pathways Estimating System required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with general phone and computer skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer service mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to learn new technology as a team player.
