• Prepare and modify schematic, detailed, and production drawings including 2D and 3D presentations for vertical transportation structural design.
• Develop solutions to technical and design issues and prepare shop drawings for site use and consultant approval.
• Monitor and review system designs to meet customer requirements and help resolve issues between MEP services and architecture and structure models.
• Compile data and perform elementary designs from supply lines and edit to customer needs.
• Attend and run weekly coordination meetings and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Background & Experience

• Possess a NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline preferred).
• BIM Mechanical & Electrical for Revit Certification and Autodesk/AutoCAD Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience using BIM and AutoCAD; candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; competent in reading construction and architectural drawings.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
