12. Associate Merchant (Beauty Brand Development)

Reporting to the Senior Merchant, the Associate Merchant supports execution of creative product development and seasonal line plans for specific beauty categories by coordinating new development projects, conducting costing analysis, and managing competitive intelligence. Partnering with Commercialization Services, cross-functional teams, and store associates, the Associate Merchant enables on-time product launches and delivers data-driven insights that support sales and profit growth.

Working closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers, the Associate Merchant measures program effectiveness and drives new merchants toward Key Account status with consistent and substantial GMV.


Activities

  • Support and assist Account Manager to execute the incubation program for each merchant.
