16. Associate Intern (Q-Commerce Operations)
The Associate Intern guides hands-on business function responsibilities from day one within foodpanda's q-commerce operations, receiving structured on-the-job training and mentorship while delivering Hackathon Project recommendations to the leadership team. The q-commerce division relies on this work to identify high-potential talent for permanent positions, strengthening organizational continuity and operational capability.
Key Deliverables
- Take on hands-on responsibilities from day one within specific business functions.
- Receive on-the-job training and network with inspiring q-commerce leaders.
- Receive guidance from experienced mentors for career advice and direction.
- Deliver recommendations to the leadership team through an insightful Hackathon Project.
- Pursue opportunity to transition to a permanent position upon successful completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate or master's degree student in any discipline with no more than 1 year of full-time working experience.
- Final year students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; highly motivated and a fast learner.
- Sociable character with a positive attitude toward new challenges and a hunger to make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required.
