Asset Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Director of Asset & Property Management.
  • Lead and Direct 3rd party property management organization.
  • Responsible for implementing the short and long-term financial strategy, to maximize assets performance and value.
  • Review property performance compared to competitors.
  • Provide first-class customer service to meet tenant needs & coordinate as needed to resolve problems.
  • Create/prepare appropriate scopes of work and conduct for the vendor bidding process.
  • Complete annual budgets. Control operating costs, capital expenditures, and general and administrative costs.
  • Oversee completion of tenant improvements consistent with local codes and in compliance with leases and work letter agreements
  • Ensure owner and tenant acceptance, timely completion, occupancy, and rent commencement.
  • Maintaining the physical asset.


Asset Manager Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, accounting, finance or related field.
  • Fully understand property management and its financial aspects.
  • ARM or CPM designation & WA Real Estate license desired.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi software.
  • Competent in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

2. The Bookkeeper/Asset Manager position will focus on providing support and conducting daily duties such as post journal entries, assisting with month end close, accounts payable, cash receipts and lodging journal entries. Some of the additional duties would ential processing loan application, preparing investor reports and lastly, preparing debt analysis.

3. The Asset Manager will collaborate with diverse clients to deliver asset surveillance and portfolio management services for both equity and debt investments in Commercial Real Estate. Asset Manager Experience & Capabilities:

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Proven experience in the field of Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, Credit Analysis.
  • Ability to present to customers.
  • Previous experience in commercial loan servicing in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
  • Experience will either have been in a third-party servicer or in-house at a bank or other financial institution.

4. The Asset Manager plays a crucial role in supporting F&B Capital by overseeing the management of assets and cultivating strong client relationships. This multifaceted position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing the performance and value of each asset in alignment with its business plan.

Asset Manager Functions:

  • Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance
  • Identify property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan
  • Conduct quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets
  • Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets

The Asset Manager is responsible for examining, analyzing, and evaluating proformas for project feasibility and communicates with the Market Presidents on proposed deal structures and underwriting. The Asset Manager will also review operating agreements to understand the proposed deal structures and tax implications. Upon closing of projects, the Asset Manager will review and abstract the salient deal terms and communicate asset management reporting to the administrative team assisting with this communication.

  • Prepare and update financial models, projections and analysis on existing portfolio including return on investment modeling.
  • Review and update capital account analysis including minimum gain.
  • Review the existing real estate portfolio for the purpose of preparing and communicating for refinance, restructure, or sale of assets.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Real Estate or Finance emphasis preferred.

6. Reporting to the Head of Gas Operations, you will be responsible for the safe operation and performance of the Newcastle Gas Storage Facility (NGSF). The NGSF plays a key role in enabling AGL to deliver gas to its NSW customers during periods of peak gas demand (primarily winter) or supply disruption. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for all employees working on site and driving AGL's values and leadership capabilities as well as leading and maintaining a safety culture of zero harm on site. This role is an active member of the Gas Operations Leadership Team.

  • Leading a diverse multidisciplinary team, nurturing the development of a high-performing, values-led culture, supervising contractors and visitors on site
  • Managing the day to day operations and maintenance whilst ensuring the operational performance and reliability of the assets are met

  • A tertiary qualification ideally in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with extensive gas operational and maintenance leadership experience gained from a chemical, hydrocarbon, and/or gas production facilities

We are recruiting a newly created Asset Manager position in Watford; the Asset Manager will be a key member of our on-site FM team, contributing to the delivery of facilities management services across a corporate head office site. Reporting to a Contract Manager, the Asset Manager role will be key to ensuring continued account performance, compliance, increased uptime, reduced risk and provide accountability to ensure that all assets on site are maintained correctly.

  • A flexible maintenance strategy inline with business risk, required uptime, age condition and use.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for executing value add initiatives across a UK cross-sector (mainly office and industrial) portfolio, driving opportunistic and core-plus returns for clients. 9. The Asset Manager will support the company in connection with its investment and asset management activities. You will be responsible for the asset management for a portfolio of affordable, acquired properties while assisting in developing, monitoring and ensuring on-going compliance with the financial controls framework of the portfolio and strategic decisions.

10. The Asset Manager will to manage its solar and wind assets across the UK, getting involved in managing O&M, conducting site visits and resolving operational issues. Working with clients and key stakeholders, you’ll use your stakeholder management skills to keep everyone up to date on the performance of assets.
