  • Use established guidelines, technical knowledge, and experience to problem solve and effectively action customer requests

  • Effectively manage own workload
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues with staff and stakeholders
  • Apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
