1. BS in Aviation Maintenance Technology with 2 years of Experience
- Must have High Gloss Paint Experience.
- C-130 or Military Aircraft Paint Experience a Plus
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Knowledge of general maintenance principles, practices and techniques.
- Painting knowledge
- Basic English
2. BS in Aerospace Engineering with 4 years of Experience
- Aircraft painter experience
- Military decal and painting experience required
- Experience from military fixed wing community or civilian heavy structure background
- Experience in heavy structure U.S. Military or related FAA or civil aviation
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
- Ability to wear a respirator as per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 "Respirator Protection" regulations with no restrictions that would prevent the proper use and/or seal of the respirator.
- Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts
3. BS in Automotive Technology with 3 years of Experience
- Have the ability to read blueprints
- Have the ability to read and understand aircraft maintenance manuals for placard placement
- Have effective time management
- Have the ability to work as a team member to accomplish production goals
- Be quality oriented
- Have strong attention to detail
- Work and comply with all safety rules
- Have experience of aircraft experience
- Have layout or stripling experience
