As the newest addition to our customer experience team, the Registered Dietitian plays a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their health and fitness journeys, addressing inquiries about nutrition, diet, fitness, and personalized supplements with swift, expert advice. In direct communication with customers through email and phone, you'll be the bridge between their goals and our tailored solutions. Collaboration with our product team will be key, as you contribute to the innovation and introduction of new offerings.

1. Registered Dietitian Duties and Responsibilities
- Work primarily with Customer Experience team to respond to customers in a timely manner across email & phone support
- Work with Marketing to develop nutrition-related content for blog posts, advertising, and email
- Work with Operations to develop innovative new personalized supplement products and improve existing formulations
- Own and improve upon all metrics associated with the Registered Dietitian service
- Satisfaction score, first response time, ticket volume, and customer retention
- Nutritional accuracy, engaging content, brand credibility enhancement.

2. Registered Dietitian Skills, Experience, Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Registered Dietitian (current accreditation from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics)
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Interest or experience in fitness, nutrition, wellness, food/bev, or supplements
- Desire to work on a small team and self-starter to quickly iterate on initiatives
- Experience working with high-growth, venture backed startups
- Demonstrated empathy, consideration and respect for patients and fellow employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities according to clinical standards; high degree of initiative
