Job Summary: 

• Lead and develop the Global Finance team
• Own global financial control including responsibility for Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Finance
• Assist with the annual Budget and support the CFO on ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as they arise.
• Identify areas for improvement, implementing new policies
• Provision of insightful analysis of business performance to the management team and Board.
• Challenge, support & influence operational, manufacturing, and supply chain performance & strategy to meet business goals
• Optimize all aspects of tax management for local and international

Job Summary: 

• Lead the FP&A function, including short and long-term forecasting
• Oversee the preparation, distribution and presentation of daily, weekly and monthly key performance (KPI) metrics

• Design and guide best-in-class finance strategy and processes to help Trove scale
• Build a high-performance, dynamic finance and accounting team with continued improvement of processes
• Design, modify and implement all financial management operations of the company
• Own and manage the construction and evolution of a three-year strategic plan, financial forecast and roadmap to drive successful future rounds of venture capital investment
• Oversee the company's accounting function, monthly budget and actual variance analysis
• Providing financial advice, counsel and decisions
• Mining data warehouse and information systems for hidden business intel and helping the organizations' business leaders use this intel to make better decisions
• Be an important advocate for using data to improve decisions
• Promote reporting, distribution of data, and analysis of financial metrics across the organization
• Partner with the CFO to drive communication to the Executive Team, Board of Directors and Investors regarding the company's financial performance and operations regularly
• Guide the budgeting and forecasting process at the corporate and departmental level that leads to predictability and consistency in forecasting. 
• Develop a cadence for monthly and annual financial reporting to key stakeholders
• Build standard financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, and statement of cash flows, including preparation for board meetings
• Partner closely with internal leaders and departments, driving cross-functional execution across all financial reporting aspects of the business
• Manage a team (currently 2 people, but will need to grow as more functions that are currently outsourced are brought in the house) and help develop them in career paths forward
