Job Summary: 

• Develops short-term and long-term financial plans, financial analysis, performance metrics and operating budgets. 
• Prepare and execute the budgeting and forecasting process (annually with quarterly updates).
• Prepare and present financial and performance measurement reports to President and senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Board of Directors' presentations, including financial and strategic analyses.
• Analyze SG&A expenses, headcount, standard costs, and capital expenditures on a departmental basis for review with respective department leaders.
• Participate in annual financial audits and other financial reviews.
• Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls, and methodologies.

Job Summary: 

• Work alongside the General Manager of ESTH to scale up finance capabilities, achieve ambitious growth targets and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
• Lead, manage, structure, and develop the Finance & Accounting and Procurement team to optimize and drive productivity and efficiency of the functions
• Monitor the performance of operations
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Generate financial and analytical reviews, including cost optimization, gross margin analysis, KPIs, etc.
• Manage all Finance, Accounting, and Tax matters
• Managing the production of P&L Statements, closing and reporting, finalization of accounts, audit processes, etc.

• Formulate asset, liability, and capital account entries by accumulating and assessing account information
