Job Summary: 

• Works with other departments to drive Novartis' business growth and create value.
• Work in the Revenue Deduction team, responsible for handling daily revenue deduction (RD, i.e., distributor rebate) work, including RD calculation, validation of supporting documents, system logic and master data maintenance and other related activities.
• RD calculation, communicate within the team and cross-functionally for issues noted.
• Validate supporting documents for RD calculation and ensure timely follow-up on the noted issue.
• Maintain/update the calculation rule regularly. 
• Maintain/update the various mapping sheets, and timely follow up on the issue noted.
• Support the manager to drive and improve the RD end-to-end process.

Job Summary: 

• Act as a key business partner to the Benelux Country Manager. Influence and collaborate in the strategy definition and execution to deliver business results. Manage P&L of 15 million turnovers.
• Work with the Shared Services Center in Uden (Netherlands) to ensure monthly closing is timely within corporate deadlines and in adherence to US GAAP
• Provide key decision support to the Benelux management team concerning official reporting, forecasting, and the annual operating planning cycle
