Job Summary:

• Research and uncovering the unknown about cyber security threats and threat actors.
• Participate, as needed, in incident response team activities for responding to various security incidents
• Develop SOAR technologies to augment and improve Incident Response initiatives
• Provide expert analytic investigative support of large scale and complex security incidents.
• Continuously improve processes for use across multiple detection sets for more efficient operations.
• Work with peers to develop and implement project plans to rapidly mature security initiatives
• Develop deliverable timelines and provide updates at regular cadence to the overall completeness of project efforts
• Provide forensic analysis of network packet captures, DNS, proxy, NetFlow, malware, host-based security and application logs, as well as logs from various types of security sensors.
• Analyse available data sources, security tools, and threat trends and lead security monitoring and analysis techniques to identify attacks against the enterprise.
