Working experience in Commercial Plumbing
Must have a strong skillset of commercial Plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
Strong understanding of Plumbing functions and design

Strong leadership skills and work ethic
Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work

40. BS in Water Resource Engineering with 7 years of Experience

Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and leadership ability
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to oversee and allocate resources
Possess good knowledge of plumbing installation and repair
Full knowledge of the function and repair of Sloan and Zurn flush-o-meters, and Zurn faucets and other brands
Able to perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bending floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reaching overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
Able to perform all cleaning duties, including the use of cleaning chemicals
