  • Record new lease activity and modifications to existing leases in the Lease Accounting System.
  • Participate in the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing recurring and non-recurring journal entries.

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes related to leases and prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including security deposits and rent roll projections.
