Job Summary: 

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections using diagnostic tools and test equipment, and make necessary corrections to keep equipment from failing
• Write work orders, recording maintenance results, and reading and updating drawings and other documentation
• Calibrate, configure, install, and troubleshoot transmitters, actuators, valves, positioners, meters, testers, and other instrumentation and controls
• Facilitate and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of premature failures, offering solutions and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, and actively participate in the mill safety program
• Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment
• Determine the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests, provide work order descriptions, and price projects
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for the customer and the customer's home
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, including cabinets, meters, sub-metering, conduit, and wiring

Job Summary: 

• Ensures the successful completion of each assigned electrical project or work order and maintains the highest level of quality and craftsmanship at all times
• Be responsible for receiving and reviewing blueprints, developing a clear understanding of the scope of work required, and developing an effective plan for proper installation
• Performs electrical tasks, including the running of and installation of conduits, wiring, mounting boxes, lighting, devicing, digging trenches, and installation of other electrical applications
• Be responsible for electrical installations, specifications, and code requirements, and help ensure EPS quality standards are always maintained
• Communicates project information to Managers and the Sales Team
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to include switch gears, motor controls, electrical, lighting, and power supplies.
• Inspect systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, and needs for repair, and ensure compliance with required codes.
• Diagnose system malfunctions utilizing blueprints or technical diagrams, test equipment, and hand tools.
• Plan and perform layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, EMT/Rigid Conduit based on job specification and local needs.
• Complete terminations to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Capable of designing engineering electrical circuits, controls, and wiring, particularly electronic circuits for new installations and upgrading existing installations.
• Write specifications for the purchase of components, working with vendors to determine compatibility at the lowest price.
• Attend school, seminars to keep up with the latest technologies.
• Instruct to oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations.
