Job Summary:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to process and issue reinsurance settlements that meet the contractual obligations as defined in reinsurance agreements signed by GB, Client Solutions and Creditor areas.
• Process accounting entries to reflect settlement computations, including offsetting incoming and outgoing payments and accruing for estimated revenues and expenses.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial information related to reinsurance on the income statement by performing variance analysis and/or providing support to the GB Reporting & Analysis team and other internal partners.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial information related to reinsurance on the balance sheet by reconciling, and/or providing support to the GB Financial Controls - Reconciliation team, for various payable, receivable, and suspense accounts.
• Ensure controls are maintained and control gaps are identified to management.
• Meet internal and external reporting requirements through the timely completion of reinsurance-related reports.
• Produce, and maintain, and process notes for existing arrangements.
• Provide financial support by updating and providing analysis for the monthly KPI trackers (Corporate & Internal), performance dashboards and business trends including annual creation and enhancements to the monthly financial tools.
• Provide financial support to the annual Vision and Guidance processes, including updating of all tools, and leadership support in compiling and analyzing the data.
• Provide leadership support in the four-month check-in review process by ensuring financial slides are updated, consistent, and accurate.

Job Summary:

• Work directly with the Group Senior Controls and Reporting Manager to develop the scope and timetable for the annual Internal Audit plan
• Take full responsibility for the delivery of audit projects assigned including planning, fieldwork delivery and reporting
• Play an active role in the continual improvement programme, driving change/ standardisation and process improvement across the Group
• Follow up on audit findings with the responsible process owners, monitor progress to ensure timely closing of the audit findings
• Assist in the Group risk assessment process
• Conduct any reviews or investigations into matters of fraud or irregularity
• Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
• Lead the financial discussions of the review for assigned areas.

Job Summary:

• Identifies opportunities for automation or digital process streamlining
• Develops process flows and can develop basic coding/automation.
• Preparation and validation of source files (Sales, P&L) for actual, budget, and forecast data
• Reconcile financial data embedded in the consolidation database and the underlying data coming from the various reporting systems
• Approves, validates, and creates master data to ensure compliance with Group structure rules
• Challenges the need for creating additional master data and the complexity in the reporting tools

• Analyzes and documents various balance sheet account variations in a timely and accurate manner
• Supports and works with other functions throughout the company on various development projects and ad-hoc requests
• Prepare various sections of management reports such as Health & Safety, working capital, headcount, and volume analysis.
