• Performs light maintenance duties as directed by the Client’s designated facility POC examples of light maintenance duties include Light bulb changes, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, hanging pictures, installing white boards, assembling furniture, touch-up painting/patching/minor drywall repair, Unclogging drains, and toilets
• Assists the Facility Maintenance Lead in building maintenance and repair tasks
• Removes litter and debris around campus grounds
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
• Perform all duties in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Cleans and prepares flooring, surfacing for painting

• Makes equipment adjustments and reports any serious equipment problems as PMs.
