Job Summary: 

• Responsible for the fit of the production garments
• Communicate with cross-functional teams through all phases of design/production and manage their expectations with detail, follow-up, and professionalism.
• Monitor and coach factories for the highest level of quality (Domestic and Overseas).
• Maintain technical packages with all updates, graded specs, and fit photos.
• Coordinate the fit schedule.
• Take responsibility for booking fit models.

• Responsible for design development and research for current and Women’s Ready-to-Wear collections, with a particular focus on Knitwear and Ready-to-Wear.
• Collaborate with the design team to create mood and inspiration boards for the Creative Director to showcase new trends, inspirations, materials, and silhouettes. 
• Sketch and develop knit and RTW design ideas from concept to final presentation, coordinating with the
