3. BS in Civil Engineering with 6 years of Experience
- Experience in preparing and installing the flooring in steps according to the company's procedures.

- Skilled in the installation of radius cove of 4,6, and 8 inches high, and cant cove base.
- Knowledge of housekeeping details, especially in the mixing of materials area.
- Understanding of the checklist of what is needed for the project, and once at the project site, what is needed for the day.
- Knowledge of Loading and Unloading trucks of epoxy materials and tools.
- Understanding the scope of work of the project before getting there, and familiarizing yourself with the project file.
- The ability to lift and move 50 lb. buckets and drums.
- Ability to drive or learn to drive box trucks and pull trailers
- Able to communicate well with fellow workers, foreman or lead installer, and the customer and/or the General Contractor.
