Job Summary:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various contracts, water hygiene and plant inspections, filter changes, and other duties in relation to plumbing / fabric works
• Repairing and maintaining pipes, and fixtures inclusive of water distribution and waste disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. 
• Update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on the CAFM System
• Ensure engineering standards are maintained in order to maximize efficient operation and reliability of plants and associated systems.
• Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
• Ensure that both Client and Integral’s Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate records for both site and reactive works
• Inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call-outs/repairs by management
• Keep and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and working condition.
• Work towards the continued success of the business with a positive approach.
• Complete any other associated task requested by management.
• Carry out basic fabric requirements, such as decorating, replacing door furniture, lock replacements, floor repairs, basic carpentry, roof repairs, gutter cleaning, basic electrical skills

Job Summary:

• Ensure the provision of safe accommodation for the Occupiers in accordance with the University's requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Be compliant with all applicable laws, codes of practice and statutory requirements, protecting the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors to the facilities.
• Support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Programme
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure that the facilities are available, safe, functional, and comfortable for the Occupiers and a pro-active approach to preventative maintenance/inspections such that breakdowns and failures are minimized.
• Report, record and resolve (where possible) maintenance defects within the required timeframe.
• Carry out repairs and modifications as required at all sites
• Assist with general maintenance and support other members of the team
• Assist with regular review meetings with third-party suppliers
