- Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand format
- Assist the on-premise and remote c-level executives as well as an extended team
- Coordinating daily calendars of senior managers with occasional planning of appointments and events
- Develop meeting minutes
- Plan appointments and events
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
- Respond promptly to ENS leadership queries
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Assist with defining and creating future visions and identified areas of opportunity, thus delivering value across people, processes, technology and information
- Prepare and deliver presentations and work products/prototypes

Executive Business Administrator Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience; comfortable working with C-level executives
- Proven history of progressive responsibilities
- Able to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients
- Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day direction
- Able to stay on task and schedule while adhering to non-flexible deadlines
